1. Services
The Business Buddy provides structured business reviews and advisory services, including written reports and one-to-one guidance sessions.
We do not provide tax, legal, accounting, or regulated financial advice.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Supply requested financial documents and materials promptly

Participate honestly in questionnaires and discussions
We are not responsible for conclusions based on incomplete or inaccurate information.
3. Fees & Payment
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Initial review fees are due prior to commencement.

Ongoing advisory fees are billed monthly.

Any minimum term or notice period will be outlined in the engagement agreement.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Refunds
Due to the time and analytical nature of the services:

Fees for completed work are non-refundable.

Once analysis has commenced, initial review fees are non-refundable.

Ongoing services may be cancelled in accordance with the agreed notice period.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Business outcomes depend on many variables beyond our control.
We provide structured analysis and guidance, but we do not guarantee specific financial results, growth rates, or performance improvements.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Business Buddy shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of profits

Business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing advisory services in accordance with the agreed notice period.
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client acts abusively, dishonestly, or unlawfully.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
